CANCELLATION POLICY

At CYNNSBEAUTY, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show. I understand things happen, so please communicate with me beforehand if you are running late so I can try to accommodate.
